Transcend's M.2 2280 SSD MTE720T incorporates 112-layer 3D NAND flash, a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 4 x4 interface, and an 8-channel controller that is NVM Express (NVMe) 1.4 compliant to achieve previously unseen transfer speeds. Its built-in DRAM cache allows for fast random read and write speeds while also increasing drive endurance. Furthermore, the 30" gold finger PCB, Corner Bond technology, and anti-sulfur resistors ensure its dependability in harsh environments. Transcend's MTE720T has also been 100% chamber tested in-house for extended operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 75°C.
